Description

Initierea si derularea procedurii de achizitie se va realiza prin asocierea in comun a mai multor autoritati contractante,conform prevederilor art. 44 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice. Autoritatea contractantă achiziţionează pe bază de acord-cadru, servicii de telefonie mobilă (voce și date) și servicii de internet mobil, pentru toate unitățile M.A.I. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, o singura data, in a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificarile solicitate cu 18 zile inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor, precizat la sectiunea I.3) Comunicare din fisa de date.
