„Serviciul de reparaţie planificată tip RG la locomotivele diesel electrice LDE 621 EGM si alte servicii de reparaţii constatate in prezenta Recepţiei CFR pe fluxul de reparaţie tip RG la locomotivele diesel electrice LDE 621 EGM” Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. „Serviciul de reparaţie planificată tip RG la locomotivele diesel electrice LDE 621 EGM si alte servicii de reparaţii constatate in prezenta Recepţiei CFR pe fluxul de reparaţie tip RG la locomotivele diesel electrice LDE 621 EGM” Cantitatea minima si maxima a acordului cadru precum si a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce urmeaza a se achizitiona este conform Anexei A, atasata la documentatia de atribuire, din cauza caracterelor limitate.
