Description

Prin aceste servicii se urmărește refacerea integrală a parametrilor tehnici ai echipamentului la nivelul caracteristicilor inițiale prevăzute în caietele de sarcini ale constructorului, normele și standardele în vigoare. Necesită recertificare și reparare generală cu înlocuirea tuturor garniturilor și a elementelor de uzură. Control nedistructiv la toate componentele specificate în cartea tehnică și recomandate de producător. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor va fi de 18 zile. Totodata, potrivit prevederilor legale in vigoare, orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire si implicit cu privire la clauzele contractuale (ce sunt parte a documentatiei de atribuire) cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
