Description

Echipamentele de măsurători zăcământ (EMZ) și operații speciale la sonde sunt folosite pentru introducerea și extragerea, cu sârmă si/sau cablu a diferitelor aparate necesare determinării parametrilor tehnologici ai sondei precum si a sculelor și dispozitivelor necesare efectuării diferitelor operații speciale la sondele de gaz metan. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor va fi de 18 zile. Totodata, potrivit prevederilor legale in vigoare, orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire si implicit cu privire la clauzele contractuale (ce sunt parte a documentatiei de atribuire) cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
