Achiziția a fost solicitata prin Referatul de Necesitate si Oportunitate nr. 7578/20.04.2026 referat întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, din cadrul Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova SA. Cerințele tehnice sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr. 7578/20.04.2028 întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, al Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova. Moara ventilator cu ciocane de 75 t/h are rolul de a măcina cărbunele pînă la o granulaţie de 0,10,3mm şi de a transporta praful de cărbune la arzătorul aferent. Datorita regimului de lucru, elementele componente (ciocane, brate, aparatori, blindaje, sectoare de uzura, etc), se deterioreaza. Cele două cazane de 525 t/h au în componenţă 12 mori de cărbune de tip MVC 75. Pentru buna functionare a cazanelor de abur de 525 t/h, este necesară repararea periodică a morilor pentru a se asigura debitul de cărbune şi fineţea de măcinare. Prin reparaţia morilor de carbune se urmăreşte creşterea sarcinii disponibile a cazanelor, precum şi eliminarea riscului indisponibilizării morilor prin avariere, datorită gradului avansat de uzură al elementelor componente. Mentionam faptul ca, in anul 2026-2027 sunt programate sase reparatii tip LN3.1 si doasprezece tip LN1,2 la morile de carbune inclusiv benzile aferente.
