Servicii de „Acord cadru pe 24 luni pentru Întreţinerea, Revizia şi Reparaţia Instalaţiilor, a Echipamentelor şi Utilajelor din Centralele Termice şi a Centralelor de tratare aer, Chillerelor şi Ventiloconvectoarelor din Clădirile şi Căminele din dotarea UMF Cluj-Napoca” . Valoarea ofertei va fi stabilita raportata la cantitatile maxime pe 2 ani , prevazute in caietul de sarcini . VALOAREA ESTIMATA AFERENTA CANTITATILOR MAXIME PE 2 ANI ESTE DE 1.366.965,00 lei si nu cuprinde si valoarea aferenta provizionului in suma de 400.000 lei . Valoare de 1.766.965,00 lei fiind formata din: 1.366.965,00 lei ( valoarea estimata a achizitiei) + 400.000 lei( provizionul). Suma de 400.000 lei reprezinta provizioane din care se vor achita PIESELE DE SCHIMB SI MATERIALE prevazute in ANEXA 2, in situatia in care pe parcursul derularii acordului cadru va fi necesare interventii/repartii/ piese de schimb. Lista cuprinsa in ANEXA 2 nu este exhausiva. Preturile unitare pentru PIESELE DE SCHIMB / MATERIALE vor fi stabilite la momentul respectiv la pretul pietei pe baza de oferte de pret de la furnizori. Concluzie: Ofertantii vor intocmi oferta aferent cantitatilor maxime pe 2 ani prevazute in caietul de sarcini . Valoarea estimata a achizitiei este de 1.766.965,00 lei fara TVA. IN VALOAREA OFERTEI NU VA FI INCLUSA VALOAREA PROVIZIONULUI . Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: Se pot solicita clarificari cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Termen maxim de raspuns la solicitarea de clarificari :cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor .
