Description

Achiziția a fost solicitata prin Referatul de necesitate si oportunitate nr.5081/16.03.2026, referat întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, din cadrul Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova SA. Cerințele tehnice sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr. 5083/16.03.2026, referat întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, al Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova. Datorită regimurilor de temperatură ridicate, solicitărilor termice tranzitorii repetate şi a duratei de exploatare de la punerea în funcţionare, ţevile supraîncalzitorului intermediar nr.1 și economizorului, din componenta sistemului de presiune aferent cazanelor nr.1 si 2, au fost supuse la o eroziune avansată cu diminuarea grosimii acestora, implicit creşterea efortului termic admisibil pe unitatea de suprafaţă a materialului (16Mo3) din componenţa acestor ţevi iar protectiile drepte si curbe s-au deteriorat sau au cazut. În ultima perioadă au apărut spargeri frecvente la tevile drepte si la curbele din componenta supraincalzitorului intermediar1 si economizorului. Aceste spargeri de tevi au condus la opriri repetate pentru remedierea acestor defecţiuni, cu indisponibilizarera grupului energetic ceea ce are o influienţă majoră asupra randamentului cazanului, implicit a grupului energetic şi reducerea productiei de energie electrica şi termică a SE Craiova SA. Neefectuarea acestor lucrări de reparatii programate, creşte valoarea costului de producţie datorită cheltuielilor cu lucrările de reparaţii accidentale. Solicitarile de clarificari se vor face cu 18 zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor la sectiunea intrebari in SEAP, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante se va transmite cu cel putin 11 zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor, entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari depuse pana la termenul stabilit pe primirea acestora.
