Obiectul prezentului contract îl constituie prestarea de Servicii de pază, monitorizare a sistemelor antiefracție, precum și Servicii de transport și însoțire valori, necesare pentru asigurarea protecției obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor și a persoanelor din cadrul S.C. NOVA APASERV S.A. Botoșani, în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor și protecția persoanelor. Pentru asigurarea dispozitivului de paza sunt necesare: - 4 posturi de pază neinarmate, permanente, 24/24: 1. STATIA DE TRATARE A APEI CATAMARASTI; 2. STATIA DE TRATARE A APEI BUCECEA ; 3. STATIA DE EPURARE RACHITI ; 4. CASERIA CENTRALA B-DUL MIHAI EMINESCU -BOTOSANI ; -1 post de paza neinarmat, pe 1 schimb, cu program 8 ore pe/zi, de luni pina joi 08.00-16.30, si vineri 08:00-14:00 - Sediu Tratoria, Str. Octav Bancila nr. 3-pana la implementarea sistemului de control acces al operatorului. - 2 posturi de paza neinarmat, de luni pina joi, intre orele 15:00-07:00 (16 ore/24 ore), vineri intre orele 13:00-07:00 (18 ore/24 ore), simbata si duminica intre orele 07:00-07:00 (24 ore/24 ore) - Sediu Garaj - str Calea Nationala nr.3 (130h/săptămâna), Stația de epurare Flămânzi; - 6 posturi de paza neinarmat, 12 ore pe timpul nopții 19:00-07:00, de luni pana duminică Tratare Stefeanesti, Tratare Darabani, Tratare Săveni, Rezervoare Dealu Mare, Stația de Epurare Vorona. -1 post de pază înarmat (după caz) pentru transport și însoțire valori materiale, în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor și protecția persoanelor, cu modificările și completările ulterioare - Botosani; - 24 puncte de monitorizare pentru sisteme de alarmă antiefracție și supraveghere video, cu înregistrare, fotografiere și semnalizare sonoră în dispeceratul prestatorului, conform cerințelor stabilite. OBICTIVE ȘI SERVICII 1. Servicii de pază permanente 24h/24h (4 posturi): Tratare Cătămărești, Bucecea, Stația de epurare Răchiți, Sediu Caseria Centrala Bulevard-(pana la implementarea la caserie a sistemului control acces) = minim 35.072[ore/an/post] si maxim 105.216 [ore/3ani /post]; 2. Servicii de pază 12 ore/zi (19:00-07:00): Rezervoare Dealu Mare, Tratare Stefanesti, Darabani, Saveni, Flămânzi, Epurare Vorona (6 posturi )-pe timp de noapte: minim 26208 [ore/an/post] si maxim 78.624 [ore/3ani/post]; 3. Servicii de pază 8 ore/zi : Sediu Tratoria (1 post) - fara sambata si duminica : minim 1976[ore/an/post] si maxim 5.928 [ore/3ani/post]; 4. Servicii de pază temporar 130 h/saptamana : Garaj, Epurare Flămânzi -2 posturi, : minim 13520 [ore/an/post] si maxim 40.560 [ore/3ani/post] ; 5. Servicii de însoțire valori, 5 zile/saptamana : (4h/zi): minim 5280[ore/an/post] si maxim 15.840 [ore/3ani/post]; 6. Servicii de transport valori, 5 zile/saptamana (4h/zi): minim 1044 [lei/km/an ] si maxim 3.132[lei/km /3 ani ]; 7. Servicii de monitorizare : minim 288[lei /obiectiv/an] si 864 [lei /obiectiv/an]; 8.
