SERVICII DE PAZĂ NEÎNARMATĂ A OBIECTIVELOR, BUNURILOR ŞI VALORILOR Descrierea detaliată a serviciilor solicitate se regaseste in Caietul de sarcini nr. DG 915/05.02.2025 și anexele la caietul de sarcini. Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire cu 10 zile inainte de termenul-limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in a 6 -a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, in mod clar, complet si fara ambiguitati, doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate pana la termenul-limita stabilit. SERVICII DE PAZĂ NEÎNARMATĂ A OBIECTIVELOR, BUNURILOR ŞI VALORILOR beneficiari: sediul executiv și sucursalele din cadrul S CEVJ SA: EM LONEA, EM LIVEZENI, EM VULCAN, EM LUPENI, PRESTSERV, SE PAROSENI; Descrierea detaliată a serviciilor solicitate se regaseste in Caietul de sarcini nr. DG 915/05.02.2025 și anexele la caietul de sarcini. Având în vedere Nota justificativă privind reducerea termenului pentru depunerea ofertelor nr. DG 1152/13.02.2025 aprobata de Directorul General al CEVJ SA. în conformitate cu prev. art. 87, aliniat (3) din Legea 99/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, entitatea contractantă stabileste o perioadă redusă pentru depunerea ofertelor, care nu poate fi mai mică de 15 zile de la data transmiterii spre publicare a anunţului de participare.
