Description

Autoritatea contractantă îsi propune prin intermediul prezentei proceduri să achiziționeze servicii de pază și intervenție cu echipaje mobile. Acestea se vor presta cu caracteristicile si in conditiile solicitate in Caietul de sarcini. Acordul-cadru se va incheia cu maxim 2 (doi) operatori economici, in cazul in care exista doi operatori economici declarati admisi (indeplinesc conditiile solicitate conform documentatiei de atribuire). In cazul in care nu sunt minim doi operatori economici, acordul-cadru se va incheia cu operatorul economic calificat. Criteriul de atribuire al acordului-cadru de prestare servicii de pază și intervenție cu echipaje mobile este „cel mai bun raport calitate preț”. Autoritatea contractanta va semna acordul-cadru doar cu operatorii economici situati pe locurile I si II. Plata se va face prin OP in termen de 30 de zile de la data validării facturii electronice în sistemul naţional privind factura electronică RO e-Factura şi prin excepţie în termen de maxim 60 de zile calendaristice conform art. 7 alin. 1 din Legea nr. 72/2013 actualizată. Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 18 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet la toate solicitarile de clarificari in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire conform obligatiei prevazute la art. 160 alin. 2 din legea 98/2016, cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. VALOAREA ESTIMATA FARA TVA ACORD-CADRU: minim 6.914.793,60 lei si maxim 10.638.144,01 lei VALOAREA ESTIMATA FARA TVA CEL MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVENT: 6.914.793,60 lei. Autoritatea contractantă îsi propune prin intermediul prezentei proceduri să achiziționeze servicii de pază și intervenție cu echipaje mobile conform mentiunilor din caietul de sarcini
