A. La sediul din Hărman (Secţia Pirotehnică şi Poligonul de probe): - 5 posturi de agent de paza permanente - posturi înarmate; - 1 post şef tură permanent înarmat. Pentru sediul din Hărman - Secţia Pirotehnică şi Poligonul de probe va exista un post de Şef obiectiv cu program de 8 ore numai în zilele lucrătoare. Asigurarea protecţiei si prevenirea producerii prejudiciilor, se va realiza în conformitate cu prevederile Planului de pază întocmit împreună cu prestatorul, aprobat de conducătorul societăţii beneficiare si avizat de Inspectoratul de Politie Judeţean Braşov. Executarea serviciilor de pază, protectie, monitorizare si prevenire, are la baza reglementarile legale in vigoare, precum si modificarile ulterioare ale acestora: - Legea numarul 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor valorilor si protectia persoanelor; - HG nr. 301 din 11 aprilie 2012 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a Legii nr. 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor şi protecţia persoanelor; - Legea nr. 182/2002 privind protecţia informaţiilor clasificate; - HG nr. 585/2002 pentru aprobarea Standardelor nationale de protecţie a informaţiilor clasificate în România.
