Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă organizarea unui eveniment cultural artistic cu o durată de 6 zile: 3 zile în perioada 21-23 august 2026 • Festivalul Național de Muzică Ușoară ,,Mamaia” și 3 zile în perioada 26-28 august 2026 • Festivalul Național al Cântecului și Dansului Popular Românesc ”Mamaia”, într-o locație pusă la dispoziție de Achizitor (Piațeta Perla din stațiunea Mamaia) prin colaborare cu Primăria Municipiului Constanța. Descrierea activităților contractului se regăsesc în cadrul Caietului de sarcini. Nota: *) Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări înainte cu 14 zile de data limita de depunere a ofertelor”
