Description

În cadrul acestei proceduri se doreşte achiziţionarea de Servicii de suport tehnic pentru echipamentele de procesare date și comunicații informatice, cu specificaţiile tehnice minime din Caietul de sarcini. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, Autoritatea contractantă - Achizitorul stabilește termenul limită în care operatorii economici pot adresa solicitări de clarificare, respectiv în care aceasta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare / informațiilor suplimentare, după cum urmează: 1. Termenul până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legatură cu documentația de atribuire este de 20 de zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. 2. Autoritatea contractantă - Achizitorul va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul de răspuns la clarificări a fost stabilit, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, astfel încât operatorii economici să aibă o perioadă adecvată pentru analizarea documentaţiei de atribuire şi, ulterior, pentru elaborarea ofertelor prin prisma răspunsurilor oferite de Autoritatea contractantă - Achizitor. Solicitările de clarificări vor fi transmise în format editabil, în SEAP, semnate cu semnătură electronică extinsă. Autoritatea contractantă - Achizitorul nu este obligat să răspundă solicitărilor de clarificări / informațiilor suplimentare care nu au fost adresate în termenul stabilit la secțiunea I.3 din Fișa de date. Prestarea de Servicii de reinnoire garantie si suport tehnic hardware de tip SOLUTION SUPPORT 8x5Xnbd si reinnoire subscriptii software, pentru echipamentele CISCO, conform caiet de sarcini atasat.; Prestarea de Servicii de reinnoire garantie si suport tehnic hardware de tip ProSupport and Next Business Day Unsite Service pentru echipamentele Dell, conform caiet de sarcini atasat.; Prestarea de Servicii de reinnoire garantie si suport tehnic hardware de tip SLA: Complete Care 24*7, 24 CTR cu DMR (pastrarea mediilor de stocare defecte in cazul incidentelor hardware) pentru echipamentele hardware Hewlett Packard Enterprise, conform caietului de sarcini atasat.; Prestarea de Servicii de tip FULL SERVICE (cu piese incluse) pentru echipametele de tip server SUPERMICRO, conform caietului de sarcini atasat.
