Description

Se achizitioneaza serviciile necesare asigurării activităților de mentenanță ale sistemelor SAP ERP si SAP IS-U aflate în domeniul de aplicare din perimetrul sistemelor Achizitorului, mentenanță corectivă, suport utilizatori, suport operațiuni, inclusiv administrarea infrastructurii serverelor SAP, îmbunătățiri ale sistemului, mentenanță evolutivă și activități de suport și asistență specializată pentru sistemele SAP. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi, inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea solicitarilor de participare, conform art.173 alin.(1) din Legea 99/2016, cu modificarile ulterioare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare/ofertelor: 19 zile. Eventualele solicitari de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire vor fi solicitate in Sistemul de Achizitie SAP ARIBA. Raspunsul consolidat la eventualele solicitari de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire se va publica in SEAP. Cantitatile estimate maxime ale acordului-cadru sunt prezentate in Formular F16 (sheet 1) Cantitatile estimate minime ale acordului-cadru sunt prezentate in Formular F16 (sheet 2) Estimări ale cantităților maxime si minime ale contractelor subsecvente ce urmează să se execute în acelaşi timp sunt prezentate in Formularul F16 (sheet 2 si 3) Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: LOT 1 = 3,732,000.00 RON; LOT 2 = 1,738,000.00 RON; LOT 3 = 11,452,350.00 RON; LOT 4 = 2,248,350.00 RON. Durata fiecarui contract subsecvent se va stabili in functie de nevoile Achizitorului, iar primul contract subsecvent va avea o durata de 12 luni. Frecvenţa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: 12 luni. Acord cadru cu un singur operator economic/lot.
