Servicii de imprimare, copiere si scanare (inclusiv mentenanta, securitate si control) pentru 328 de subunitati postale din orasele resedinta de judet. Serviciile de imprimare, copiere si scanare (inclusiv mentenenata, securitate si control) vor fi achizitionate pe baza unui acord cadru pe 5 ani. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit. (cu respectarea art.173, alin.2 din Legea nr.99/2016).
