Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificări cu 10 zile înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in a 5 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare. Temei legal in conformitate cu prevederile art. 160-161 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Listele cu cantitatile de servicii ce trebuie prestate sunt atasate caietului de sarcini pentru fiecare lot in parte. Operatiunile constau in : - doborât, secţionat, adunat, scos apropiat în platforma primară; - curațirea parchetelor, conform Instrucțiunilor aprobate prin OMMP nr. 1540/2011 cu modificarile și completările ulterioare; - sortarea masei lemnoase în platforma primară în lemn de lucru și lemn de foc și/sau sortimente industriale, cât și secționarea și pregatirea acesteia pentru încărcat. - dacă proiectul tehnologic prevede și transportul auto al masei lemnoase în depozit, acestea se regasesc atasate caietului de sarcini pentru fiecare lot in parte. Exploatarea masei lemnoase se efectuează de către operatori economici atestați pentru exploatări forestiere, precum și de către persoanele fizice în condițiile prevăzute la art. 101 alin. (3), lit.a din Legea nr. 331/2024, republicată, cu modificările ulterioare. Exploatarea masei lemnoase se efectuează în baza autorizației de exploatare cu încadrarea în durata maximă de exploatare a masei lemnoase care este prevăzută în anexa nr. 2 din OM 1540/2011. Autorizarea la exploatare a partizilor se va face în funcție de stadiul noilor proceduri legale de avizare de către APM a amenajamentelor silvice. conform caiet de sarcini
