Description

Procedura are ca obiect achizitionarea de Servicii de dezvoltare software pentru retehnologizarea sistemului informatic SIIE (Sistem de Identificare și Înregistrare a Ecvideelor) și a aplicației bazei de date. Astfel, se urmărește ca baza națională de date a ecvideelor SIIE să fie în conformitate cu cerințele UE atât în ceea ce privește partea de identificare, înregistrare, trasabilitate, cât și în ceea ce privește înregistrarea cabalinelor de rasă, cu toate informațiile privind originea, ascendența și descendența, inclusiv ținerea registrelor genealogice și tipărirea Stud Book-ului pe rase din aplicația SIIE. Valabilitatea contractului va fi de cel mult 4 luni (in functie de data la care se va finaliza procedura) dar nu mai tarziu de 31.12.2025. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 15 zile. Termenul limita in care se va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare este in a 10-a zi dinainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor Servicii de dezvoltare software pentru retehnologizarea sistemului informatic SIIE (Sistem de Identificare și Înregistrare a Ecvideelor) și a aplicației bazei de date, conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini.
