Obiectul contractului constă în încheierea unui Acord cadru de prestari servicii "Servicii de asigurare de raspundere civila auto RCA si asigurare facultativa CASCO"- Lot 1 - Serv. Asigurare RCA si Lot 2 - Serv. Asigurare CASCO pentru DEER SA ( zonele Transilvania Sud, Muntenia Nord si Transilvania Nord) conf. specificatiilor tehnice din caietul de sarcini. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor) Termenul limita in care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare este: in a 12-a ZI INAINTE de termenul limita stabilit in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Lot 1 - Serv. Asigurare RCA Valoarea min. a AC pentru Lot 1= 1.968.449.00 si Val.max AC= 2.746.456,00 lei Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent Lot 1 = 1.112.594,00 lei Primul contract subsecvent se va atribui dupa incheierea acordului cadru pentru fiecare zona in parte (MN, TS, TN). - frecventa maximă a contractelor subsecvente Lot 1 : 1 / 3 luni ; - numar minim si maxim de CoS estimate a se incheia Lot zona/ 3 ÷ 5 / zona ;; Lot 2- Serv. Asigurare CASCO Valoarea min. a AC pentru Lot 2=80.661,00 lei si Val.max AC= 598.725,00 lei Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent Lot 2 = 199.575,00 lei Primul contract subsecvent se va atribui dupa incheierea acordului cadru pentru fiecare zona in parte (MN, TS, TN). - frecventa maximă a contractelor subsecvente /Lot 2 : 1 / 3 luni ; - numar minim si maxim de CoS estimate a se incheia Lot zona/ 1 ÷ 5 / zona
