Servicii de arhivare fizică, selecționare a documentelor cu termen de păstrare expirat, digitalizarea (scanarea și indexarea) documentelor Serviciile solicitate: 1. Suport tehnic pentru actualizarea (după caz) a Nomenclatorului Arhivistic in vederea autorizării lui de către Arhivele Naționale; 2. Serviciul de arhivare fizica a documentelor; 3. Servicii de selecționare a documentelor cu termen de păstrare expirat; 4. Furnizare cutii de arhivare; 5. Servicii de înregistrare scriptica si electronica a inventarelor si evidenta documentelor printr-o aplicație electronica; 6. Servicii de digitalizarea (scanarea si indexarea) documentelor; 7. Servicii de recondiționare a documentelor deteriorate, atunci când este cazul Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a-10-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor” Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 15.
