Description

Autoritatea contractantă dorește încheierea “Achizitie servicii de arhivare fizică şi conversie digitală pentru sediile Inspectoratului de Stat în Construcții-I.S.C. Acord-cadru-valabilitate 36 luni”care include servicii de arhivare, prelucrare si legare a documentelor cu termen de pastrare mare si permanent, in dosare, servicii de arhivare si prelucrare sub forma de pachete pentru documentele cu termen de pastrare mediu si scurt, precum si servicii de conversie digitala. În urma derulării achiziției se va încheia un acord-cadru în baza căruia, autoritatea contractantă va încheia contracte-subsecvente numai cu operatorul economic care va deveni parte a acordului-cadru respectiv. Locatiile unde se vor presta activitatile de arhivare vor fi grupate pe loturi, dupa cum urmeaza : Lot 1 - SUD MUNTENIA Lot 2 - SUD EST Lot 3 - SUD VEST OLTENIA Lot 4 - NORD EST Lot 5 - VEST Lot 6 - NORD VEST Lot 7 - CENTRU Lot 8 - ISC APARAT CENTRAL + ICMB + IJC ILFOV Acordul - cadru va fi aplicabil pentru toate sediile structurilor administrativ-teritoriale din subordinea Inspectoratului de Stat în Construcţii- I.S.C. și va avea durată de valabilitate de 36 luni. SERVICII DE ARHIVARE FIZICA SI CONVERSIE DIGITALA
