Acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic ▐ 1.Autoritatea contractantă va încheia un acord -cadru cu maxim 1 operator economic 2.Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza cu respectarea elementelor / condiţiilor prevăzute în acordul-cadru. 3. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent care se anticipeaza ca va fi atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru este de 53.561,25 lei / luna fara TVA. 4. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se anticipeaza ca va fi atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru este de 642.735,00 lei/ an fara TVA. Prestarea de Servicii INCHIRIERE ECHIPAMENTE PENTRU COPIERE-SCANARE-IMPRIMARE DOCUMENTE, INCLUSIV MENTENANTA ECHIPAMENTE pentru UMF „IULIU HATIEGANU”Cluj-Napoca in conformitate cu cerintele caietului de sarcini. Se va incheia acord cadru pe 24 luni cu un singur operator economic. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este 642.735,00 lei / 12 luni . Autoritatea contractanta estimeaza sa incheie un contract subsecvent lunar / trimestrial / semestrial / anual in functie de disponibilitatea anuala a bugetului . Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile (sase zile). Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
