Acord-cadru pentru furnizarea de reactivi și consumabile compatibile cu echipamentele de tip ABL 90 FLEX PLUS și ROTEM SIGMA Achizitia a 2 loturi conform caietelor de sarcini atasate. Acord cadru incheiat pe 24 luni, cu maxim 3 operatori economici pentru fiecare lot. Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare, pana cel tarziu cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). Conform descrierilor din caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate pe durata acordului cadru si de asemenea, cantitatile minime si maxime, care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent ce se estimeaza ca va fi încheiat sunt prevazute in tabelul din caietul de sarcini .
