ACORD CADRU CU CONTRACTE SUBSECVENTE PE O PERIOADA DE 24 DE LUNI PRIVIND ACHIZITIONAREA DE GENERATOARE 99m Tc SI KITURI RADIOFARMACEUTICE PENTRU EFECTUAREA SCINTIGRAFIILOR IN LABORATORUL DE MEDICINA NUCLEARA Conform caietului de sarcini care cuprinde achizitia a 2 loturi. - Acord cadru incheiat pe 24 luni, cu maxim 5 operatori economici. - Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare, pana cel tarziu cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. - Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificarile/informatiile suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici in a 11-a zi anterior termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor. Generator 99m Tc -cant max 50 buc- conform descrierilor si cantitatilor din caietul de sarcini; Kituri radiofarmaceutice Kit HDP cant max 200 buc Kit MIBI cant max 100 buc Kit DTPA cant max 30 buc Conform descrierilor si cantitatilor din caietul de sarcini
