Description

Obiectul procedurii de achiziție sectoriale il reprezinta achizitia produselor: ,,Racorduri din fonta maleabila nestandardizate”. Prin ,,Racorduri din fonta maleabilă nestandardizate”, achizitionate de catre Delgaz Grid S.A., se inteleg racordurile necesare pentru inlocuirea contoarelor, regulatoarelor (lucrari de mentenanta) si pentru lucrarile de investitii.Acestea sunt utilizate la îmbinarea țevilor filetate din oțel, fiind destinate distribuției gazelor naturale. Clarificarile sau informatiile suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire vor fi transmise cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, iar raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016. EC va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit . (conf prev art. 29 alin. (3) din HGR). Se vor achizitiona produse din gama ,,Racorduri din fonta maleabila nestandardizate", în conformitate cu cerintele mentionate in Caietul de sarcini nr. 596555 din data 06.11.2025, a Specificatiei tehnice nr. 638 RO si a documentelor anexate acestora.
