Prezenta procedura are ca obiect achizitia de SCULE SI DISPOZITIVE DE MANA Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 468.445 euro. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate aferente acordului cadru/contractelor subsecvente sunt detaliate la nivelul formularului "Anexa canttati estimate". Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 Termenul limita exprimat in numar de zile in care Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet la toate solicitarile de clarificari ale operatorilor economici este in a 11 zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Prezenta procedura are ca obiect achizitionarea de SCULE SI DISPOZITIVE DE MANA conform specificatiilor detaliate la nivelul caietului de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate aferente acordului cadru/contractelor subsecvente sunt detaliate la nivelul anexei la prezenta procedura. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent (euro fara TVA ) 468.445 Euro, fara TVA. Valoarea minima acord cadru: 701.742 Euro, fara TVA. Valoare maxima acord cadru (fara suplimentare, la care se va raporta evaluarea ofertelor): 1.405.344 Euro, fara TVA. Valoarea maxima a acordului cadru ce cuprinde si eventualele suplimentari in conformitate cu clauza de revizuire potrivit prevederilor art. 236 din Legea 99/2016: 2.108.016 Euro, fara TVA.
