Incheierea unui Acord-cadru pe o perioada de 3 ani scolari (2024 - 2027) pentru fiecare din produsele urmatoare: lapte de consum, produse lactate in cadrul Programului pentru scoli al Romaniei, pentru preşcolarii din grădiniţele cu program normal de 4 ore de stat autorizate/acreditate şi particulare acreditate şi pentru elevii din învăţământul primar şi gimnazial de stat şi particular si pentru prescolarii si elevii inclusi in invatamantul special, din judetul Calarasi”, pentru perioada anilor scolari 2024-2027. Se vor furniza: - 3 porţii de lapte, 2 porţii de produse lactate cu încadrarea în sumele alocate cu aceste destinaţii conform prevederilor art.3 alin. (1) din H.G.nr.652/2023. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor : 18 Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Furnizare, transport si distributie de lapte de consum, produse lactate, in cadrul Programului pentru scoli al Romaniei, pentru preşcolarii din grădiniţele cu program normal de 4 ore de stat autorizate/acreditate şi particulare acreditate şi pentru elevii din învăţământul primar şi gimnazial de stat şi particular si pentru prescolarii si elevii inclusi in invatamantul special, din judetul Calarasi, pentru perioada anilor scolari 2024-2027”.
