Acord-cadru/ lot cu 1 (un) singur operator economic pe o perioadă de 12 luni avand ca obiect furnizarea de produse : Preparate din carne - LOT 1 Carne de pui si organe de pasare , carne porc si pasta de mici (congelate) - LOT 2 Conserve de carne, conserve de peste si pat ficat porc - LOT 3 Oua de gaina - LOT 4 S-a optat pentru modalitatea speciala de atribuire, respectiv incheierea unui acord-cadru, datorita caracterului de regularitate si repetabilitatii produselor care fac obiectul procedurii de achizitie publica, precum si faptului ca pe parcursul derularii acestuia pot exista fluctuatii in ceea ce priveste numarul beneficiarilor serviciilor sociale, in sensul scaderii/majorarii numarului acestora, in urma planurilor de reorganizare/restructurare a unor servicii sociale. Prin urmare autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a miscora/majora cantitatile ce fac obiectul acordului-cadru in functie de necesitati si resursele financiare alocate. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
