Furnizare anvelope și servicii de montaj, conform caietului de sarcini. Specificațiile tehnice, precum și cantitățile minime și maxime ale acordului-cadru și ale contractului subsecvent se regăsesc în anexa caietului de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificari/de informații suplimentare, cu 11 zile inainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor. NOTA: Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit la Sectiunea I.3 din Fisa de date a achizitiei. Necesitatea autorității contractante este de a achiziționa pneuri pentru vehiculele și utilajele din dotarea Direcției Silvice Neamț și servicii de montaj, conform caietului de sarcini, prin încheierea unui acord-cadru pentru o perioadă de 36 luni. Valoarea estimată pentru acordul-cadru, lei, fără TVA: minimum 97.621,80 - maximum 2.841.220,06. Valoarea estimată pentru contractul subsecvent, lei, fără TVA: minimum 97.621,80 - maximum 947.073,35. Cantitatile minime și maxime ale acordului - cadru, respectiv ale unui contract subsecvent se regăsesc in Anexa nr. 1 la Caietul de sarcini. Acordul-cadru se va derula prin încheierea de contrate subsecvente, estimate a se încheia anual, în funcție de necesitățile concrete ale autorității contractante. Contractele subsecvente nu se vor atribui prin reluarea competiției.
