Produsul care urmează a fi achiziționat este destinat implementării proiectului „Infrastructuri educaționale integrate pentru învățare inteligentă” - 4EDU, pentru dezvoltarea unor servicii inovative, care vor funcționa în cadrul unor facilități digitale (Laborator de apărare cibernetică cu poligon cibernetic), integrate în obiectivele operaționale ale strategiei de digitalizare ale Universității Naționale de Apărare „Carol I”. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări in a 11-a zi, înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161, alin. 1) din L nr. 98/2016 Număr zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile.
