Dezvoltare aplicatii software la cerere, conform caietului de sarcini atașat. LOTUL 1- Dezvoltare aplicatii software la cerere pentru sistemul informatic de contabilitate bugetară existent în Primăria Sectorului 3 LOTUL 2 - Dezvoltare aplicatii software la cerere pentru sistemul informatic pentru managementul resurselor umane și salarizării, existent în Primăria Sectorului 3 Cantitatile la care se raporteaza acordul cadru maxim, acordul cadru minim, cel mai mare contract subsecvent si cel mai mic contract subsecvent se regasesc in anexele la caietul de sarcini, anexe ce fac parte componenta din documentatia de atribuire. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face fără reluarea competiției (aceasta optiune fiind bifata la intocmirea prezentei documentatii de atribuire), respectiv in cascada. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
