Autoritatea contractantă își propune achiziționarea unei cantități de 200 tone de clorura de calciu pentru activitățile de deszăpezire, în vederea asigurării unui nivel optim de calitate și eficiență a intervențiilor pe timpul sezonului rece. Obiectul contractului este de stricta necesitate apentru desfasurarea activitatii de catre autoritatea contractanta. Prin atribuirea contractului autoritatea contractanta urmareste desfasurarea actvitatii in conditii de eficienta si eficacitate, in vederea realizarii scopului pentru care a fost infiintata.
