Autoritatea Contractanta implementeaza proiectul "Dotarea, modernizarea si reabilitarea Colegiului National "Iancu de Hunedoara" -corp A, cod SMIS 361395 cu scopul de a executa lucrarile de reabilitare si modernizare a unitatii de invatamant Colegiul National "Iancu de Hunedoara" din Municipiul Hunedoara in vederea îmbunătățirii condițiilor de desfășurare a activității de învățământ, a siguranței în exploatare și a confortului ocupanților. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea 98/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publică are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informatii suplimentare în legatură cu documentația de atribuire este de 20 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările si completările ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractantă stabilește că termenul limită în care va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informațiilor suplimentare in a 10 -a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Lucrările care fac obiectul contractului se realizează la imobilul situat în Municipiul Hunedoara, Str. Victoriei nr. 12, jud. Hunedoara, pe terenul în suprafață totală de 11.444 mp, înscris în Cartea Funciară nr. 69627, aflat în domeniul public al Municipiului Hunedoara. Obiectul lucrărilor îl constituie Corpul A - clădirea C1 (nr. cadastral 69627-C1), cu regim de înălțime subsol tehnic + parter + 2 etaje (Stehnic+P+2E), suprafață construită 1.193 mp și suprafață construită desfășurată 3.195 mp. Corpul nou C2 (nr. cadastral 69627-C2) nu face obiectul prezentei proceduri. Clădirea este o clădire publică din sistemul de educație (clădire de învățământ), cu structură din zidărie portantă din cărămidă. Conform Expertizei tehnice, clădirea se încadrează în clasa de risc seismic Rs III și în clasa de importanță și de expunere la cutremur II; nu sunt necesare lucrări de consolidare a structurii de rezistență, iar lucrările de modernizare nu afectează cerința fundamentală de rezistență mecanică și stabilitate. Lucrările se execută în conformitate cu Proiectul Tehnic de execuție, cu autorizația de construire și cu documentațiile de specialitate anexate, conform listelor de cantități (Formular F4) anexate. Lucrările se execută integral în cadrul prezentului contract, în conformitate cu Proiectul Tehnic de execuție, cu Autorizația de Construire și cu documentațiile de specialitate anexate.
