Description

Contractul ce se dorește a fi atribuit în baza prezentei proceduri, va viza achiziția lucrări de modernizare și eficientizare energetică a sălii de sport Oituz a Universității de Vest din Timișoara - proiectare și execuție, în conformitate cu specificațiile identificate în caietul de sarcini, achiziţie finanţată din Planul Naţional de Redresare şi Rezilienţă (PNRR) - Proiect ”Modernizarea și eficientizarea energetică a căminelor studențești și a sălilor de sport ale Universității de Vest din Timișoara”. În cadrul acestei proceduri, autoritatea contractantă intenţionează să încheie un contract de lucrări în valoare estimată totală de 4.428.327,08 lei fără TVA corespunzător poziției 1-lucrări din programul de achiziții al proiectului PNRR. Neexecutarea lucrărilor până la termenul ofertat, atrage răspunderea unică a executantului pentru pierderea finanțării. Termenul pentru predarea priectului tehnic este de 2 luni de la primirea ordinului de începere a lucrărilor. AC va analiza propunerea de proiect intr-un termen de minim 7 zile de la prezentarea acestuia de catre executant. Termenul pentru finalizarea execuției este cel târziu până la data de 01.06.2026. Acesta reprezintă termenul limită până la care toate activitățile planificate trebuie să fie încheiate și finalizate, în conformitate cu prevederile stabilite în caietele de sarcini, obligatoriu preluat și în oferta tehnică. Ofertanții trebuie să aibă în vedere că ultima plată va putea fi efectuată doar pe baza ultimei situații de plată ajustate, plată care nu poate să depășească termenul de 01.06.2026. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 10. Termenul limită în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare: în a 9-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor În baza contractului ce se dorește a fi atribuit, se vor executa lucrări de modernizare și eficientizare energetică a sălii de sport Oituz a Universității de Vest din Timișoara - proiectare și execuție, în conformitate cu specificațiile tehnice precizate în Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimată TOTALĂ fără TVA: 4.428.327,08 lei Achiziţia se va realiza pe un singur lot, avand în vedere gradul de interdependență între lucrările ce urmează a fi executate. Realizarea pe loturi ar face executarea contractului dificilă din punct de vedere tehnic și costisitoare în raport cu avantajele potențiale ale lotizării, iar activitatea de coordonare a contractanților, în funcție de loturile atribuite, ar fi de natură să afecteze gestionarea respectivelor contracte de către autoritatea contractantă. În valoarea totală ofertată, pe lângă costurile de bază, vor fi incluse și cheltuielile previzionate generate de ajustarea prețului, conform formulei stabilite în cadrul contractului. Aceste eventuale ajustări vor fi previzionate având în vedere formula de calcul. NOTĂ: Valoarea ofertată va conține și eventualele ajustări previzibile astfel încât prețul total ofertat să rămână ferm, cheltuieli structurate conform Devizului General - anexa 7 din HG 1116/2023 care a actualizat HG907/2016 Aceste eventuale ajustări vor fi previzionate având în vedere formula de calcul.
