Primăria Municipiul Satu Mare implementează proiectul „Transformarea Liceului Teoretic German „Johann Ettinger” în clădire NZEB” în cadrul Programului de cooperare Elvețiano-Român, Aria tematică (vi) „Eficiența energetică și energie regenerabilă”, Măsura Suport - Programul pentru eficiență energetică și energie regenerabilă. În cadrul acestui proiect se vor realiza lucrări de eficientizare energetică la corpurile C1, C3, C6, ale Liceului Teoretic „Johann Ettinger” . Lucrările urmăresc aducerea întregului ansamblu la standardul NZEB și presupun intervenții atât asupra elementelor de construcție, cât și asupra tuturor instalațiilor. Conf prev art 160 (2) din Legea 98/2016 modificat prin OUG 107/2017, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Totodata numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 zile. Lucrari de execuție pentru „Transformarea Liceului Teoretic German „Johann Ettinger” în clădire NZEB”. Se se vor realiza lucrări de eficientizare energetică la corpurile C1- cladire liceu, C3 - internat, C6 - cantina, ale Liceului , care vor duce la reabilitarea/modernizarea/echiparea infrastructurii educaționale si transformarea liceului în clădire NZEB. Lucrări propuse a fi executate conform proiectului tehnic sunt: • lucrări de arhitectură; • lucrări structurale; • instalații electrice; • instalații sanitare; • instalații termice; • instalații de ventilare; • instalații pentru prepararea apei calde; • instalații fotovoltaice; • automatizări; • probe; • teste; • puneri în funcțiune; • documentația As-Built; • remedierea tuturor eventualelor neconformități până la recepția finală Investiția cuprinde lucrări complexe asupra corpurilor: • liceu; • internat; • cantină. Prin implementarea investiției se urmăresc: • reducerea consumului anual de energie; • reducerea consumului de energie primară; • reducerea emisiilor de CO₂; • îmbunătățirea confortului termic; • îmbunătățirea confortului acustic; • modernizarea instalațiilor; • reducerea costurilor de exploatare; • utilizarea energiei regenerabile; • îmbunătățirea condițiilor pentru desfășurarea procesului educațional. Principalele categorii de lucrări sunt: • reabilitarea anvelopei clădirilor; • termoizolarea pereților exteriori; • termoizolarea planșeelor; • termoizolarea acoperișurilor; • înlocuirea tâmplăriei; • refacerea hidroizolațiilor; • refacerea finisajelor; • modernizarea instalațiilor electrice; • modernizarea instalațiilor sanitare; • modernizarea instalațiilor termice; • realizarea instalațiilor de ventilare cu recuperare de căldură; • instalarea sistemelor fotovoltaice; • implementarea sistemelor inteligente de control și automatizare; • refacerea tuturor finisajelor afectate de lucrări; • executarea tuturor probelor tehnologice; • punerea în funcțiune a instalațiilor.
