Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), cu 15 zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile. Tinand cont de lucrarile care fac obiectul contractului, s-a tinut cont de valorile stabilite pentru urmatoarele categorii lucrari: 4.1. Construcții si instalații: 9.590.268,12 lei .
