Investiția propusă constă în construirea unei unități de învățământ pentru ciclurile primar și gimnazial în comuna Dumbrăvița, județul Timiș, în vederea asigurării accesului nediscriminatoriu la educație de calitate pentru populația școlară din mediul rural. Proiectul urmărește realizarea unei infrastructuri educaționale conforme cerințelor actuale privind siguranța, funcționalitatea, accesibilitatea și dotarea cu echipamente moderne, dimensionată în raport cu evoluția demografică și gradul ridicat de supraaglomerare a unităților existente. Valoarea estimata a procedurii este de 36.105.086,99 lei si se compune din: - cap. 2.1.1 din DG - Cheltuieli pentru asigurarea utilitatilor - 460.000,00 lei - cap. 4.1 din DG - Constructii si instalatii - 32.257.911,67 lei - cap. 4.3 din DG - Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale cu montaj - 3.052.093,90 lei - cap. 5.1.1 din DG - Lucrari de constructii si instalatii aferente organizarii de santier - 335.081,42 lei A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 12 -a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A, va pune autoritatea contractanta in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B. si drept urmare, orice solicitare de clarificare in afara termenelor mentionate se va considera TARDIVA. „CONSTRUIRE UNITATE DE INVATAMANT - SCOALA PRIMARA SI GIMNAZIALA, CONFORM PUZ APROBAT PRIN H.C.L. NR. 76/29.08.2024” Lucrarile se vor executa în conformitate cu indicatorii și cantitățile prevazuti/ prevazute pe site-ul www.elicitatie. ro. Durata maxima de executie: 24 luni.
