Obiectul prezentului contract constă în execuția lucrărilor pentru realizarea obiectivului de investiție: „Construire Sala Polivalentă în Municipiul Iași”, în conformitate cu prevederile Proiectului Tehnic (PTh), ale Detaliilor de Execuție (DDE) și ale Caietului de Sarcini. Funcțiuni principale - Clădire pentru sport închisa; - Sala aglomerata tip S1. Funcțiuni secundare - Sala polivalenta: spectacole, concerte, expoziții comerciale, conferințe, muzee temporare cu exponate combustibile; Funcțiuni conexe - Centrala termica, centrala de ventilație si climatizare, stații de pompe; Clasa de importanță II Categoria de importanță B - Deosebită Gradul de rezistență la Foc I CORP C1 - Sala Polivalentă Demisol parțial: Cuprinde următoarele funcțiuni: teren de joc, zona de vestiare, cabinet medical, sala antidoping cu grup sanitar, acces sportivi, acces VIP, acces presă, acces personal, zona SPA, spații administrative, spații tehnice. Parter: Cuprinde următoarele funcțiuni: zona acces principal public, garderobă, grupuri sanitare public, grupuri sanitare persoane cu dizabilități locomotorii, holuri, scări de acces, lifturi, spatii comerciale, cabinet medical, spatii depozitare și tehnice. Construcții si instalații = 450.791.906,93 lei fără TVA 4.2. Montaj utilaje, echipamente tehnologice și funcționale = 452.588,44 lei fără TVA 4.3. Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice și funcționale care necesita montaj = 32.765.192,69 lei fără TVA 5.1. Organizare de șantier = 8.841.660,73 lei fără TVA Valoarea totală estimată a cheltuielilor 492.851.348,79 fără TVA, respectiv 596.350.132,04 lei cu TVA, valoare conform deviz general estimativ al obiectivului Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului-limită stabilit de entitatea contractantă. Numărul de zile până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări privind documentația de atribuire înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 21 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit, si anume 14 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
