Acord-cadru în baza cărora se vor încheia contracte subsecvente având ca obiect furnizarea de gaze naturale pentru locurile de consum ale ANCOM în conformitate cu cerinţele prevăzute în Secţiunea 2: Documentul descriptiv. Acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic. Durata acordului-cadru: Acordul-cadru intră în vigoare de la data semnării acestuia de către ambele părți, iar acesta se va derula pentru o perioadă de 12 luni.Frecvenţa şi valoarea contractelor subsecvente care urmează să fie atribuite: valoarea estimată, fără TVA, a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 3.697,79 Lei, iar valoarea estimată, fără TVA, a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 495.504,40 Lei. Estimare cantităţi care ar putea fi solicitate pe perioada de furnizare de 12 luni în baza acordului-cadru: - cantitatea minimă estimată pentru acordul-cadru este de minim 9,00 MWh; - cantitatea maximă estimată pentru acordul-cadru este de maxim 2.000,00 MWh.
