Autoritatea Contrantantă își rezervă dreptul de a încheia și alte contracte subsecvente în funcție de necesitățile identificate. Cantitate minima estimata 5074 MWh Cantitate maxima estimata 7616 MWH Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în anunțul de participare,autoritatea contractantă va răspunde consolidat tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitate minimă estimata acord cadru 5074 MWh Cantitate maximă estimata acord cadru 7616 MWH Cantitatea minimă a unui contract subsecvent este de 1916 MWH Cantitatea maximă a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 5700 MWH Valoarea maximă estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 6.400.000 lei fără tva
