În măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în anunțul de participare,autoritatea contractantă va răspunde consolidat tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
