Description

Azotul lichid constituie un element critic în fazele de pregătire a sondelor pentru producție (punere în funcțiune) și în cadrul reparațiilor capitale. Acesta este indispensabil pentru evacuarea fluidelor de foraj și realizarea operațiunilor speciale prin Tubing Flexibil, precum: spălări și acidizări de strat, denivelări cu azot, curățarea sondelor și a conductelor de aducțiune, precum și în procesele de cimentare a coloanelor de tubaj. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor va fi de 18 zile. Totodata, potrivit prevederilor legale in vigoare, orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire si implicit cu privire la clauzele contractuale (ce sunt parte a documentatiei de atribuire) cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. DUAE aferent procedurii de atribuire va fi completat de către operatorii economici direct în SICAP. ATENTIE: Nedepunerea DUAE integrat în SEAP pentru ofertantul unic/ ofertantul asociat odata cu oferta atrage respingerea ofertei ca inacceptabila potrivit art. 143 alin. (2) lit. b) din HG 394/2016 şi respingerii acesteia conform art. 143 alin. (1) din HG 394/2016. Azot Lichid Cantitatea minima AC : 2.200.000 mc - Cantitatea maxima AC : 4.400.000 mc
