Description

Direcția de Infrastructură și Servicii intenționează să achiziționeze energie electrică de nivel de joasă tensiune, în calitate de consumator eligibil, în regim negociat și servicii reglementate de transport și de distribuție a energiei electrice, pentru locurile de consum cuprinse în anexa 1 și anexa 2 a Caietului de sarcini. Se dorește încheierea unui Acord cadru de furnizare a energiei electrice pentru o perioadă de 42 luni de la 01.11.2025 până la 30.04.2029. Nota: Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 19. În măsura in care solicitările de clarificări sau informații suplimentare au fost adresate de către operatorii economici în termenul prevăzut, răspunsul autorității contractante va fi transmis cel târziu în a 11 a zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor in care autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare. Furnizare energie electrica de joasa tensiune pentru punctele de consum ale Direcției de Infrastructură și Servicii cuprinse în Anexa 1 și Anexa 2 a Caietului de sarcini, prin încheierea unui acord cadru pe 42 luni cu un singur operator economic. Cantitate minimă de energie electrică JT acord-cadru (42 luni): 934 MWh Cantitate maximă de energie electrică JT acord-cadru (48 luni): 6.376 MWh Cantitate cel mai mic contract subsecvent: 606 MWh Cantitate cel mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.814 MWh Valoare estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 805.248,00 lei fără TVA Valoare estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 2.410.956,00 lei fără TVA Valoare maximă estimată acord-cadru: 8.473.984,00 lei fără TVA Perioada minimă acord cadru: 6 luni pentru perioada 01.11.2025 -30.04.2026; Perioada maxima acord cadru: 42 luni de la 01.11.2025 până la 30.04.2029; Frecvența contractelor ce vor fi atribuite: In cadrul acordului cadru se vor încheia 5(cinci) contracte subsecvente, astfel: 1.
