CN1094102 / 06.07.2026, loturile fiind anulate administrativ deoarece nu a fost depusa nicio oferta, - faptul ca ne aflam in ultimul trimestru al anului 2026, ceea ce ingreuneaza considerabil incadrarea intr-un termen rezonabil de livrare pana la finalul anului, - riscul pierderii fondurilor alocate prin BVC 2026, autoritatea contractanta a demarat prezenta procedura uzand de prevederile art. 74 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 98/2016, reducand termenul de depunere a ofertelor la 15 zile de la data transmiterii spre publicare a anunţului de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 9 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 4 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata, va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns si drept urmare se va considera TARDIVA. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
