Description

Autoritatea contractantă organizatoare, respectiv Unitatea de Logistică și Achiziții Centralizate a Poliției Penitenciare va încheia acorduri-cadru pentru furnizarea Terminalelor de videoconferință pentru o perioadă de 36 luni, cu un singur operator economic, iar contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate și derulate de către unitățile penitenciare beneficiare conform anexei 1 atașate caietului de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente vor fi încheiate, de regulă, semestrial, cu operatorul economic semnatar al acordului-cadru pentru Terminalele de videoconferință și echipamentele auxiliare. Termenul în care autoritatea contractantă va răspunde, în mod clar și complet, tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesați: în a 11-a zi inainte de termenul-limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor având în vedere că, potrivit art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie să aibă cel puțin 10 zile să își întocmească oferta în conformitate cu cerințele suplimentare introduse prin răspunsul la clarificări/informații suplimentare. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări, înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Cantitatea minimă și maximă la nivelul acordului-cadru este conform anexei 1 la caietul de sarcini. Cantitatea minimă și maximă la nivel de contract subsecvent este de 7 buc. și 13 buc. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 214,591.00 lei fără T.V.A..
