Furnizare produse cu montare si punere in functiune pentru investitia "Amenajare locuri de joaca - strada Lacramioarei". Pentru ca aceste produse sa fie puse in funcțiune sunt necesare lucrarile preliminare, desfiintarea echipamentelor de joaca si a mobilierelor urbane existente si deteriorate: - desfiintare echipamente de joaca si mobilier urban existent deteriorat - realizare alei din asfalt pentru circulatie pietonala - realizare spatiu verde (gazon, straturi de plante) - realizare suprafete antisoc din tartan turnat si nisip - dotare cu mobilier urban, echipamente de joaca - dotare cu sistem de irigare - dotare cu sistem de supraveghere - amenajarea spațiu verde DURATA CONTRACTULUI: 78 luni de la data emiterii ordinului de incepere a lucrarilor: - termen de livrare, montare instalare, punere in funcțiune a produselor respectiv executarea lucrarilor solicitate prin Caietul de sarcini este de 5 luni de la momentul emiterii ordinului de incepere. - receptia produselor, a lucrarilor executate: 1 luna. - garantia solicitata pentru lucrarile efectuate - 72 luni (6 ani). TERMENUL DE GARANȚIE acordat va fi de minim: - 72 luni pentru produsele furnizate, care poate fi extins la 108 luni avand în vedere factorii de evaluare de utilizaai. - 72 luni pentru lucrarile executate, de la data receptiei la terminarea lucrarilor si până la receptia finala. Termenul pana la care se pot solicita clarificari de la autoritatea contractanta este de 18 zile inainte de data de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Natura si cantitatea produselor solicitate sunt in conformitate cu Caietul de sarcini.
