Obiectul contractului este servicii de preluare și depozitare deșeuri nepericuloase provenite din lucrari, construcție și desființări derulate de Mun. Sfântu Gheorghe. Obiectul general:Preluarea tuturor tipurilor de deșeuri nepericuloase rezultate în urma lucrărilor de săpătură, construcții, demolări derulate de Municipiul Sfântu Gheorghe (pământ rezultat din săpături, deșeuri din beton, de asfalt, respectiv a celor de beton sau asfalt amestecate cu pământ). Termenul până la care se pot solicita clarificări de la autoritatea contractanta este de 18 zile înainte de data depunere a ofertelor. Termenul până la care autoritatea contractantă răspunde la solicitările de clarificări este de 11 zile înainte de data de depunere oferte. Natura și cantitatea serviciilor solicitate sunt în conformitate cu Caietul de sarcini.
