Achiziţia are drept obiect furnizarea de ”Echipamente necesare pentru lucrările de modernizare a Sistemului de Tratare Neutru din staţiile de transformare_4 Loturi" in conformitate cu Caietul de sarcini si Anexele acestuia. Lot 1: Bobine de stingere Lot 2: Transformatoare de servicii interne Lot 3: Rezistenta tratare neutru Lot 4: Separator monopolar de exterior de 36 kV Durata Contractului, pentru fiecare lot in parte: 24 luni. Cerinţele tehnice definite la nivelul anunţului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producător, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insoţite de menţiunea ”sau echivalent”. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitație.ro/pub). Nr. zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informaţiile suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevăzut în anunţul de participare, Entitatea Contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit in Anunţul de participare pt depunerea ofertelor in conf. cu art. 173 alin. (1) din Legea 99/ 2016 si art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016. Entitatea Contractantă nu are obligaţia de a răspunde la solicitările de clarificări primite după termenul limită specificat. Toate răspunsurile la clarificările solicitate vor fi disponibile oricărui Op.ec. interesat prin accesarea secțiunii "LISTĂ CLARIFICĂRI, NOTIFICĂRI ȘI DECIZII" din Anunțul de participare asociat acestei proceduri prin intermediul SEAP, utilizând interfața: http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub. Dacă este cazul, Entitatea Contractantă poate modifica conținutul Documentației de Atribuire prin emiterea unui Amendament la Documentația de Atribuire. Modificările pot fi emise în orice moment înainte de termenul limită pt primirea Ofertelor, însă Entitatea Contractantă va permite, dacă este necesar, un interval de timp suficient pentru Operatorii economici interesați în vederea pregătirii Ofertelor, prin prelungirea termenului limită de primire a Ofertelor.
