Description

Contractul care urmează a fi atribuit presupune furnizarea unui sistem nou de e-ticketing cu urmatoarele caracteristici : - Sa aibe o soluție cloud disponibila cel puțin intr-un cloud public; - Sa aibe o infrastructura de date si procesare care trebuie sa corespunda unui sistem complet, securizat, disponibil 24/7 care cu arhitectura datelor si serviciilor într-un cloud public si, opțional, într-un centru de date local, precum si un plan de recuperare in caz de dezastre. Acest plan de dezastre sa fie scriptat, operabil la comanda, sa fie testabil la livrare si într-un context real cel puțin odată la 6 luni; - Sa folosească ultimele tehnologii in domeniul de taxare, monitorizare a flotei, distribuire de conținut audio-video pe ecrane si soluții antifraudă; - Sa folosească tehnologii care sa expună datele prin API-urile dintre componente. Orice COTS va avea datele expuse printr-un API deschis, iar datele sunt proprietatea autorității contractante; - Sa ofere o platforma web publica pentru administrarea conturilor ABT si planning; - Sa furnizeze serviciile oferite pentru cetățeni ca parte integranta in platforma de portal unic cont.primariatm.ro care este proprietatea autorității contractante; - Sa ofere integrare cu portalul Primăriei Timișoara, (cont.primariatm.ro) cu autentificare de tip singlesign-on (SSO) unde cont.primariatm.ro este sursa funcționalității de autentificare; - Sa ofere o opțiune de aplicație mobila pentru cetățeni (utilizatorul final) pentru administrarea conturilor ABT, planificarea călătoriilor si validarea călătoriei; - Sa ofere opțiuni facile (implementata cu/pe telefonul mobil de tip smart, cu camera si sistem de plata cu NFC) pentru validarea călătoriilor de către controlori; - Sa permită interconectări si extragere de date securizat cu alte platforme ale autorității contractante; - Sa ofere integrare cu platforma european SynchroniCity (https://www.synchronicityiot.eu/knowledge/technical-framework/) - Sa ofere integrare cu platforma FIWARE (https://www.fiware.org/about-us/) FIWARE este o platformă open-source care facilitează dezvoltarea de aplicații inteligente pentru diverse domenii, inclusiv orașele inteligente. Aceasta oferă un set de componente reutilizabile, cunoscute sub numele de Generic Enablers (GEs), care permit colectarea, gestionarea și analiza datelor în timp real.
