Description

Penitenciarul Drobeta Turnu Severin intenționează să achiziționeze diverse produse alimentare ce intră în structura normelor de hrană a deținuților necesare pentru prepararea hranei în vederea hrănirii persoanelor private de libertate în conformitate cu prevederile ordinului Ministrului Justiției nr. 3147/C/08.08.2018 privind aprobarea normelor de acordare a drepturilor de hrană pentru persoanele private de libertate din sistemul administrației penitenciare. Termenele in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici interesati: în a 11-a zi, inainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor având în vedere că, potrivit art.161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, operatorii economici trebuie să aibă cel puțin 10 zile să își întocmească oferta în conformitate cu cerințele suplimentare introduse prin răspunsul la clarificări/informații suplimentare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, este de 19 zile.
