SPITALUL MUNICIPAL CAMPULUNG MOLDOVENESC cu sediul in Str. Sirenei nr.25, loc.Campulung Moldovenesc, jud. Suceava, in calitate de autoritate contractanta, in vederea asigurarii hranei pacientilor internati in cadrul unitatii medicale, initiaza procedura pentru atribuirea acordului cadru de Furnizare diverse alimente 24 luni pentru Spitalul Municipal Câmpulung Moldovenesc. Pe perioada de derulare a acordului cadru se vor semna minim 2 contracte subsecvente- perioada de valabilitate a unui contract subsecvent este de maxim 12 luni. Acord cadru 24 de luni care se va încheia cu operatorii economici clasați pe primele 2 locuri în clasament. Contractele subsecvente atribuie fără reluarea competiției și se semnează cu ofertantul clasat pe locul I în clasament. Termenul limită până la care se pot solicitat clarificări de către operatorii economici interesați de accesul la procedura de atribuire: 21 zile inainte de termenul limita pentru primirea ofertelor.
